If you decide within 90 days (from the delivery date) that you do not like the product, you have the right to return it for a refund or an exchange! 

When you return you are entitled to: 

1. Exchange (equivalent to your original order) or 

2. A refund of the order (minus shipping costs).  To be eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:  - Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.

- The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.

- The return is in The responsibility of the customer.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Returns must be approved by customer support (do not return to the address on your package).

This guarantee covers a maximum of three exchanges within one year from the date on which you received your order. The LUX SKIN guarantee does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product. After three replacements have been issued, you will have the option to receive a credit note.
