I've sent MULTIPLE emails saying that I wanted my order cancelled and refunded only for the shopify store to ignore me. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback as it's been over 3 times now

I got it at a steep discount, which was appreciated to try something totally new.
I do like it, but it is loud. I understand it's hard to make the vibrations quiet, so still 4 stars. I would like a recommendation of what kinds of oils to use for face to be a part of the marketing. 👍

I am an esthetician. I use 2 pieces of gua sha devices. I have an amazing sculpting effect on my face and neck.

I love the Face Sculpting Tool. It's unique shape molds to the shape of your face, allowing you to easily glide across all your skin. The different settings are great too.
